Initiate the appeal process when assessments appear unfair or excessive to establish an assessment that is equitable within the taxing jurisdiction.

File protective appeals to prevent improper assessments.

Represent clients before the local county appeals board.

Represent clients duing county property tax audits.

Review property tax liability and provide expected property tax costs for budgeting purposes.

Review and approve for payment all tax billings from the county.

Review landlord property tax billings for compliance with lease terms.

Payment of out-of-state tax bills to accompany return which results in only one reimbursement check to DSI.

Co-ordinate the compliance and lessee billing on equipment leases

Prepare cost segregation studies on new construction projects in order to achieve the best allocation of costs for the following:
